I’m Andrea, Head of Retail Italia at Autogrill.
Who’s never been to Autogrill for a big prosciutto, for a giant teddy bear or our chocolate offers?
Well, I work every day to make sure these products and all the others are always in Autogrill at the right time, in the right place and at the right price.

Every day, with my team of category managers and buyers, we look for the best products and new products to build promotional cycles for our customers, also geared to the season or national holidays.

I’ve been working at Autogrill for 2 years and I reckon I’m lucky: it’s an extraordinary, unique business, especially in the environment I work in, because it enables me to learn something new every day, from everyone, so I’m continually growing.

Alice, Brand Manager, Spizzico & Urban Network

I’m Alice and I work in marketing at Autogrill Italia as Brand Manager for the points of sale in the Urban Network.
What does that mean? Autogrill isn’t just on motorways but also in lots of shopping centres, highstreets, railway stations, with its own brands, like Spizzico for example, or brands we operate as a franchisee.

I studied business economics in Turin and did 2 years at the University of Gastronomic Sciences and I’ve been at Autogrill nearly 4 years now.
I joined this huge team as an intern and I’ve never stopped growing since.

I work every day to boost the value of our brands and support all our colleagues in the points of sale. It’s very important to satisfy the needs of customers who choose us every day with the right strategies, starting with an appealing offering, packaging that’s appropriate for our products and fair promotions.

This is why there’s continual collaboration with the research & development team and the sales network.

You could say that there’s a bit of my work, and that of all my colleagues, in every Autogrill sandwich!

Alessandro, HR Operations Manager, Autogrill Italia

I’m Alessandro and I work in human resources at Autogrill, as HR Operations Manager.

I’m responsible for the management of our point of sale staff throughout their time with us.
With my team we support the area managers and directors so they have the right people in the right place at the right time.
In close collaboration with the other human resources functions, we follow our new entries, their growth and development plans and their pay structure.
We support point of sale colleagues in the management of individual and collective issues and maintain relations with trade unions throughout the country.

Every day, together with my team, I look for solutions that meet our business needs and respect our values and our people.

I’ve been at Autogrill for 5 years and I love my work: for me, it’s a constant challenge, continual adrenaline!
