The first open-air Eataly in an Italian airport opens to the public
28 June marks an important new development for lovers of fine eating, the opening to the public of Terrazza Eataly, the first open-air Eataly in an Italian airport, at Roma Fiumicino. Immersed in green, this new location will offer a unique experience for both travellers and people who simply want to enjoy Italian culinary excellence in a relaxing and comfortable ambience. At Terrazza Eataly, you’ll be able to choose from a vast range of new products in the Eataly assortment, and also use the relaxation area, which is ideal for cocktails.
Terrazza Eataly’s culinary offering is designed to please all palates, with a selection of hot and cold dishes, seasonal dishes and cured meat and cheese boards of the highest quality, featuring the renowned PDO Culatello di Zibello, to cite just one delicacy. One of the main novelties will be the pizza boards, prepared with top quality ingredients (both meat and fish based), to offer flavours that are both genuine and sophisticated.
To further enrich its offering, Terrazza Eataly has a selection of wines from all over Italy, enabling you to do a wine-tasting trip round the country. There will also be a lavishly detailed cocktail list suggesting appetizing drinks at any time of day.
Terrazza Eataly is thus a genuine “first” on the airport foodservice scene, combining the quality and variety of Eataly’s offering with a relaxing and stylish open-air ambience. We’re looking forward to sharing this new culinary adventure with you all!
