All’Antico Vinaio, EXKI and Lievito di Francesco Arnesano debut for the first time in an italian airport thanks to the partnership with Avolta.
Avolta, global leader in travel experience and group of which Autogrill is part, has opened the new Food Court at Rome’s Fiumicino Terminal 1. Thanks to this opening, 3 important brands of this sector, All’Antico Vinaio, EXKI and Lievito di Francesco Arnesano debut for the first time in an Italian airport, bringing a high-quality culinary offer to travellers.
The new Food Court adds to those already existing at Terminals 1 and 3, widening the range of offers for passengers. The three new concepts for the first time cooperate with Avolta in Italy, bringing tradition and innovation to those who travel.
The excellences of the new Food Court
- All’Antico Vinaio: the famous shop from Florence known all over the world arrives for the first time in an Italian airport with its renowned stuffed “schiacciate”. Every “schiacciata” is prepared at the moment, using fresh, high-quality ingredients typical of the Tuscan tradition, such as cold cuts, different types of cheese and home-made sauces. There are 16 possible combinations, so that travellers can have an authentic and customized experience based on their preferences.

- EXKI: international healthy bar that distinguishes itself for its offer of fresh, natural and sustainable dishes, with a particular attention towards organic ingredients. Thought to satisfy travellers all over their day, the menu includes perfect options for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Every dish, prepared with seasonal ingredients, can be consumed both in place and on the go, without losing quality and taste.

- Lievito di Francesco Arnesano: roman excellence in “pizza al taglio”, it brings authentic traditional flavours to the airport. Thanks to its homemade doughs, specific ingredients and thanks to a particular attention towards seasonality, Lievito offers high-quality and genuine products. In 2024, this concept reached second place in the prestigious ranking “50 Top Pizza”, in the category “Pizza in Viaggio”, consolidating its position as one of the best in class.
