Si è tenuta il 14 settembre a Milano la seconda edizione della Certificazione HR
della Community HRC: Best HR Team 2023. Il premio è un riconoscimento al lavoro di oltre 62 Team HR di Azienda, nazionali e multinazionali, il cui impegno accompagna le persone e l’organizzazione attraverso progetti e percorsi innovativi favorendo la crescita del business, delle performance e dell’engagement dei dipendenti.

Per l’edizione del 2023 il percorso di certificazione della Community HRC si arricchisce della somministrazione del Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment, che ha permesso di ricevere la dashboard di un'istantanea dell’Intelligenza Emotiva, dei talenti e delle performance per ogni team certificato.

Certification of contribution towards innovative growth of business

The 2nd edition of HRC Community’s HR Certification – Best HR Team 2023 – was held in Milan on 14 September. The awards acclaim work done more than 60 corporate HR teams (national and multinational) to support their companies’ people and organizations through innovative projects and programmes to facilitate growth in terms of business performance and employee engagement.

“A certification that offers due recognition to all those HR divisions that seek innovation for business processes every day and promote new organization models capable of dealing with the persisting uncertainty characterizing the present and the future.”

At the 2023 edition, HRC Community’s certification process was enriched by the introduction of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment, which provided a dashboard for testing emotional intelligence, talent and performance in all the teams being certified.
