La Fucina is our self-service restaurant, offering quality dishes full of flavour but also healthy and balanced.
BURGER IN
Burger In is a steakhouse where you’ll find gourmet hamburgers prepared on demand, with recipes using international ingredients, and a selection of dishes from the grill.
OLD WILD WEST
Old Wild West is a table-service burger restaurant with a Tex-Mex inspired menu of grilled food, hamburgers and salads. There are also options for vegetarians, little kids and sweet-tooths.
In Chianti’s Old Wild West you’ll also find Pastaria, where the most authentic expression of our cuisine, pasta, is revisited with a contemporary twist, in-season ingredients, quality raw materials and pasta from Italy’s top pasta makers.
Three of the recipes on the menu are by star chef Andrea Ribaldone.

Our story
On the Florence to Rome side of the A1, the Chianti Autogrill is one of the oldest bridge Autogrills, built in the ‘60s.
It’s been regularly renewed over the years, with a host of gastronomic solutions of extraordinary taste and quality.
