Eataly lands in Dorno: a food & wine journey through Italian traditions and innovation
On 15 March, the new Eataly concept opened in Dorno. Based on an idea of Oscar Farinetti’s and launched in 2007, Eataly has enabled the whole world to discover the best of Italian food & wine: businesses that are little known but of inestimable value, all sharing a commitment to quality and environmental and economic sustainability.
Eataly means eating Italian, not only from a strictly culinary point of view but also in terms of our country’s food & wine production and traditions.
In the new concept, you can enjoy an offering geared to everyone’s needs. From fast solutions such as coffee-based products, snacks and bakery goods including croissants, cakes and pastries and pizza by the slice, to table service meals featuring the finest dishes in the Italian tradition, such as round pizzas straight from the oven and not only.
