Autogrill’s new concept coffeehouse – modern and sustainable – awaits you at Malpensa Airport.
The new concept Wascoffee opened at Malpensa Airport on 22 December. This new modern coffeehouse format developed by Autogrill has coffee as the beating heart of its offering and is based on three pillars: sustainability, innovation and quality. Sustainability: from its furnishing materials, produced in accordance with circular economy/recycling principles, to the raw materials supply chain, including the coffee grounds collected in Autogrill points of sale; innovation: last generation equipment and in-trend Food&Beverage products in line with modern eating styles; quality: bakery products and sandwiches reflecting the trends of the moment. There’s also an array of oven-baked products and gourmet snacks that round out the sensory experience with a pleasingly modern twist.
The offering includes coffee products, croissants, modern bakery and club sandwiches, thus differentiating Wascoffee from all the other concepts. The club sandwiches have delicious fillings to cover all types of demand, from the classic club sandwich with chicken to salmon and vegan too. In the fridge, there’s a VIVA grab&go offering with a variety of tramezzino sandwiches, salads, pokes, cakes and yoghurts perfect for on-the-go enjoyment, thanks to practical containers made entirely with recyclable materials.
